JON FONTENOT No One Else Wanted to be Eeyore |

| Jon Fontenot’s collection of illustrations and paintings explore meanings of childhood images. His study juxtaposes the perspective from childhood to adulthood with works such as No One Else Wanted to be Eeyore, a life size painting with images of Winnie the Pooh placed into a living room setting. Fontenot, artist and painter since 1994, describes his approach, “I continue to strive to dissect images, to peel back the layers, analyze the content, and broadcast for a new understanding within its own maturity.” |
