relax and act when I feel inspired.” Renata expresses that there is nothing in life

is when someone views my work and is inspired enough to want to display it

Renata has lived in the Dallas area for most of her life. She is a self- taught artist. Her
natural talent is utilized not only in style of painting but in designing furniture as well.
As a professional interior designer, Renata has many diverse outlets in which to
express herself. Her muse ... the love of contemporary design.

Growing up, Renata’s love for art was prevalent but yet simply a hobby. Since
her joint venture with her daughter, Carrie, in opening ART is ART, art has become
a prominent part of her life. She has stated that since she has been painting on a
more consistent basis, she finds that inspirations do not present themselves
“on demand.” The mood hits when it decides.

Her style of painting consists of
acrylic paints interestingly
applied on a canvas or
combined with mediums of
various types of texture and
sometimes pieces of unique
artifacts or unexpected
spangles.
